    List of Ingredients




    5 c. Rhubarb
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1/2 t. cinnamon
    3 T. water
    1 box yellow or white Jiffy Cake Mix
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 c. coconut or more

    Recipe



    Grease 8 x 12 pan. Put rhubarb in bottom - then make syrup of sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and water. Bring to quick boil. Syrup will be very thick. Pour over rhubarb. Sprinkle cake mix over this. Dot with stick of oleo. Sprinkle coconut on top. Bake in 350 degree oven uncovered for 50 to 60 min. or until golden brown.
