    Rhubarb Strawberry Cobbler

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 c. rhubarb
    • 1 pkg frozen strawberries
    • 1 c. sugar
    • 1/3 of flour mixture
    • 3 T shortening
    • 1/2 c. milk


    Instructions


    1. Cook rhubarb and sugar until done, add strawberries

    2. Cut shortening into flour until texture of meal.

    3. Add milk and to mixture and mix until moist

    4. Pour fruit into 9x9 pan. Drop flour misture on fruit.

    5. Bake at 350 until biscuts are brown (45-50 mins.)
