Rhubarb Strawberry Cobbler

- 4 c. rhubarb
- 1 pkg frozen strawberries
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 of flour mixture
- 3 T shortening
- 1/2 c. milk
Instructions
- Cook rhubarb and sugar until done, add strawberries
- Cut shortening into flour until texture of meal.
- Add milk and to mixture and mix until moist
- Pour fruit into 9x9 pan. Drop flour misture on fruit.
- Bake at 350 until biscuts are brown (45-50 mins.)
