    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 - 2 cups minute rice
    • 2 cans cream soup - celery and/or chicken
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    • 1 frying chicken or chicken breasts


    Instructions


    1. Grease large baking pan. 9x13
    2. Combine rice and cream soups in bowl. Mix well
    3. Pour rice and soup mixture into bottom of pan
    4. Lay chicken pieces over rice and soup mixture
    5. Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix
    6. Seal with foil
    7. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours 15 minutes
