List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 - 2 cups minute rice
- 2 cans cream soup - celery and/or chicken
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 frying chicken or chicken breasts
Instructions
- Grease large baking pan. 9x13
- Combine rice and cream soups in bowl. Mix well
- Pour rice and soup mixture into bottom of pan
- Lay chicken pieces over rice and soup mixture
- Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix
- Seal with foil
- Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours 15 minutes
