2 lbs carrots sliced
1 onion sliced
1 green pepper, sliced or stripped
dressing:
1 can tomato soup
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. oil
salt and pepperRecipe
Cook carrots, drain and cool. Pour hot dressing over all vegetables. Cool and refrigerate. Keeps 2 weeks or more
