    Lucy Cole's White Bar-B-Q Sauce

    Excellent on smoked chicken and pork.


    List of Ingredients


    • 6 oz. real mayonnaise
    • 1 oz. lemon juice
    • 6 oz. white vinegar
    • black pepper to taste - the more the better
    • 2 T sugar
    • 2 T salt


    Instructions


    1. Mix well.
    2. Baste meat while cooking.
    3. Refrigerate left-over sauce.
