    Joannie's Neiman Marcus Cake

    Very rich!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
    • 1 stick oleo melted
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 - 1 lb. box powdered sugar
    • 1/2 c chopped nuts - optional


    Instructions


    1. Mix first 3 ingredients.
    2. Press in bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
    3. Mix next 4 ingredients.
    4. Pour over top of 1st mixture.
    5. Bake @ 350 for 35 minutes or til brown.
    6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
