Mix together in a large plastic bag or brown paper lunch bag ¾ c sugar and 4 Tbsp cinnamon. Take 4 pkgs of buttermilk biscuits (the 10-roll size) and cut into quarters. Shake in bag with sugar mixture. Place in a bundt pan. Melt together 1 ½ sticks butter and 1 c sugar in a small saucepan over low heat. Pour this over the biscuits in bundt pan. Bake 350° for 15 minutes and then 300° for 40 minutes.
