Paula Deen's Pineapple Upside Down Biscu

½ stick butter, softened
½ c. brown sugar, packed
1 10 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
1 can biscuits
10 Maraschino cherries w/o stems
Recipe
Combine butter, brown sugar and pineapple. Mix well. Prepare muffin pan by spraying 10 cups with nonstick cooking spray. Fill remaining 2 c with water. Spoon 1/10 th of pineapple mixture into each prepared 'cup'. Press a cherry into center of pineapple mixture. Place a biscuit into each cup; press down slightly. Spoon a teaspoon or so of juice over biscuit and bake according to package directions.
