Sausage Stuffing

List of Ingredients



• 1 package Stuffing mix ( any brand)
  
• Make according to pkg.
  
• 1 Tube Breakfast Sausage with Sage (any brand)
  
• 1/2 cup chopped onions
  
• 1/2 cup celery
  
• 1 egg, beaten
  






Instructions



1. Brown 1/2 tube of sausage.
   
   
2. Add 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1/2 cup chopped celery. Cook together.
   
   
3. Mix sausage mixture with stuffing mixture.
   
   
4. Add 1 beaten egg.
   
   
5. Use for chicken, turkey or where you care to use it.
   
   
6. If 2 pkgs. of stuffing mix is used, brown all the sausage.(Be sure to use sausage that contains sage.)

This is very simple and fast to make. My husband Gary makes it often.
