    If Egg substitute is not available and you have eggs you can make your own egg substitute.

    List of Ingredients




    12 WHOLE egg whites

    2 cups prepared non-fat powdered milk

    2 Tablespoons canola oil

    12 drops yellow food coloring

    Recipe



    Directions:

    1. Combine all the ingredients.

    2. Blend until smooth.

    3. Store in fridge up to one week; you can also freeze.

    4. Equivalent: 1/4 cup equals one egg.


    To scramble: Fry slowly over low in a non-stick pan; prepare with Non-stick spray, if desired.

    For baking use - 1/4 cup to equal one egg.
