Melt butter in saucepan add onion,shallot and celery cook until tender add chicken soup base and savory may add about and ounce of water to make a sauce.Remove from stove and cool.In a large bowl place diced bread add cool mixture.Mix well together.Cover and refrigerate.Next morning add beaten egg and mix well.Fill turkey cavity with mixture.Rub turkey with dry mustard and savory.Cook turkey covered at 325 degree oven.Till done.
Serve with homemade cranberry sauce and all the trimmings.
