    Peppermint White Chocolate Candy

    You can substitute spearmint candy and green food coloring in place of the peppermint and red food coloring.


    List of Ingredients


    • 12 oz package of white chocolate chips
    • red/green food coloring
    • 1/4 cup crushed peppermint or spearmint star brights


    Instructions


    1. Cover cookie sheet with waxed paper.
    2. Melt chips over low heat until smooth.
    3. Pour chocolate onto waxed paper. Spread out in an even layer.
    4. Add 4 or 5 drops of food coloring and swirl around with a toothpick.
    5. Sprinkle crushed star brights over top of chocolate and lightly press into chocolate.
    6. When chocolate is set up firm, break into bite size chunks.
