Breakfast Quiche
List of Ingredients
- 1 9" pie shell, unbaked
- 1/2 pound sausage, cooked and drained
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups potato, raw, shredded, rinsed in cold water
- 5 eggs well beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spred sausage evenly in the bottom of the pie shell.
- Sprinkle potatoes and cheese over sausage
- Pour eggs over all.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 5 minutes then reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake for 45-60 minutes until browned and well set.
