    Tomato Salad with Basalmic Vinegar

    This is a low fat flavorful salad.


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 cups fresh tomatoes
    • 2 bunches of green onions with tops
    • 1/2 Tbls olive oil
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1 cup basalmic vinegar
    • 1/2 tsp pepper
    • 1 cup fresh basil
    • 1 yellow pepper


    Instructions


    1. Chop tomatoes into small cubes, finely slice green onions. Toss with fresh basil.
    2. Whisk together olive oil, vinegar and salt and pepper. Pour over salad mixture. Marinate for at least 2 hours.
    3. Cut yellow pepper in half, removing seeds and pulp. Fill each half with salad mixture. Put the rest of the salad mixture into a bowl. Place on a plate with pepper halves on either side. Garnish.
    4. Enjoy!!
