    Buttermilk Rosemary Muffins

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 1/4 c. flour
    • 2 tbsp. sugar
    • 1 tbsp. b. powder
    • 3/4 tsp. rosemary
    • 3/4 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. shortening
    • 3/4 c. buttermilk
    • 1/4 c. oleo melted


    Instructions




    1. 1.In lg. bowl mix 1st 5 things. Cut in shortening until mix resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in buttermilk just until moistened. (Mix will be dry). Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Brush with butter. Bake at 400 degrees 10 - 13 min.
