1 1/4 c. flour
◦1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
◦1/2 tsp. salt
◦1/4 tsp. baking soda
◦1/2 c. sour cream
◦1/4 c. milk

Instructions
1.In bowl stir together flour, b. powder, salt and b. soda. In bowl mix sour cream and milk. Make a well in dry ingredients. Add sour cream mix. Stir just until dough clings together and forms a ball. Knead dough gently on lightly floured surface 10-12 strokes. Roll or pat to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut dough into 2 1/4 inch rounds. Put on greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees 15 min.
