    1 1/2 c. flour

    ◦1/2 c. sugar

    ◦1 1/2 tsp. salt

    ◦2 eggs

    ◦1 c. chopped onion

    ◦1/2 c. butter melted

    ◦1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts


    Recipe





    Instructions

    1.In bowl mix flour, sugar, b. powder and salt.

    2.In another bowl beat eggs, onion and butter until mixed.

    3.Stir into dry ingredients just until moist. Fold in nuts.

    4.Fill greased muffin pans. Bake at 400 degrees 10 -12 min.

    5.Cool 5 min. Remove from pan.
