2 c. chopped onion
◦1/4 c. oleo
◦2 cans tuna
◦1/2 c. parsley
◦2 tbsp. chives
◦1 1/2 c. corn muffin mix
◦1 egg
◦1/8 tsp. salt
◦1/2 c. milk
◦1 can cream corn
◦2 c. sour cream
◦1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar

Instructions
1.Brown onions in oleo. Add tuna, parsley and chives. Heat and mix well.
2.In bowl combine muffin mix, salt, egg, milk,cream, corn. Stir until well moistened but still lumpy. Pour into well greased 3 quart baking dish. Spoon hot tuna mix over batter. Spread sour cream over all. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 400 degrees 30 -35 min.
