    1 tbsp. oil

    ◦1 tsp. lemon juice

    ◦2 catfish fillets

    ◦1 1/2 tsp. paprika

    ◦1/2 tsp. tarragon

    ◦1/2 tsp. basil

    ◦1/2 tsp. pepper

    ◦1/4 tsp. salt

    ◦1/8 tsp. cayenne

    1.Combine oil and lemon juice brush over both sides of fish. Combine rest of things rub over both sides of fish. Place in ungreased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 10-15 min.
