List of Ingredients
1 1/4 lb. ground chuck
◦1 egg beaten
◦3/4 c. cheddar cubed
◦1 onion chopped
◦1/2 green pepper chopped
◦1 stalk celery
◦Lots of fresh ground pepper
◦paprika
◦season salt
◦1/2 c. milk
◦1/3 c. italian breadcrumbs
◦3 slices bacon
Recipe
Combine everything up to milk. Mix well. Add milk and crumbs. If necessary add a little more milk until it just barely stays together when you try to pick it up. In small pan form into oval. Lay strips of bacon on top. Bake at 450 degrees 1 hour.
