1 lb ground beef
◦1 c. taco bell salsa
◦1 lb mexican velveeta
◦10 flour tortillas
Recipe
1.Brown meat. Drain. Stir in 1/2 c. salsa and 1/2 velveeta. Cook and stir on medium low heat until cheese is melted. Spoon 1/4 c. beef mix down center of each tortilla. Roll up. Place seam side down in dish. Top with remaining salsa and velveeta. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave 4 - 6 min.
