    1/2 c. breadcrumbs

    ◦3/4 c. evap. milk

    ◦1 1/2 lb ground beef

    ◦1 1/2 tsp. salt

    ◦1/4 tsp. pepper

    ◦1 tsp. onion juice

    Mix all. Shape meat in the form of a t-bone. Rub surface with butter. Place steak on broiler rack.

    2.Broil on one side 6 - 10 min. Turn and brown other side.
