    1 lb. ground beef

    ◦1 onion chopped

    ◦3/4 c. water

    ◦1 pkg. taco seasoning

    ◦1 can tomato sauce

    ◦1 pkg. shell macaroni

    ◦1 can chopped green chiles

    ◦2 c. shredded cheddar divided

    Recipe




    1.In skillet brown beef and onion. Drain

    2.Add water, taco seasoning and tomato sauce. Mix. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 20 min.

    3.Stir in macaroni, chiles and 1 1/2 c. cheese. Pour into greased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with rest of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 30 min.
