    1 lb. ground beef

    ◦2 cloves garlic minced

    ◦1 zucchini sliced

    ◦1 jar spaghetti sauce

    ◦1 pkg mostaccioli

    ◦1 1/2 c. mozzarella

    ◦1 c. ricotta

    ◦1/4 c. parmesan

    ◦italian seasoning

    Recipe



    Cook beef and garlic. Add chopped zucchini and cook until tender. Stir in sauce (may need more). Stir beef mix, pasta, 1/2 c. mozzarella, ricotta and parmesan in 3 qt. dish. Bake at 400 degrees 20 mins.
