Peppered Pork Chops

4 chops
◦2 tsp. pepper
◦1/2 tsp. thyme
◦2 tsp. oil
◦2 tsp. worcestershire
Recipe
Coat chops with pepper and thyme. Heat oil in pan over med. high heat. Add chops cook to brown one side.
2.Turn and brown other side. Remove from pan. Keep warm.
3.Deglaze pan with worcestershire. Add sauce to hot pan. Stir constantly to remove pan juices cooked to the bottom of the pan. Pour over chops.
