    3 lb cut up chicken

    ◦1 env. onion soup mix

    ◦3 tbsp. apricot preserves

    ◦1 tbsp mayo

    ◦1 tbsp. ketchup

    ◦1 tbsp. lemon juice

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350 degrees. In bottom of broiler pan arrange chicken and set aside. In saucepan combine rest of things. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer stirring 1 min. Evenly brush over chicken. Bake basting occasionally 1 hr.
