4 pork chops
◦2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
◦1 lb. potatoes sliced
◦1 onion sliced
◦1/2 lb baby carrots
◦2 cans chicken broth
◦1/4 c. flour
Recipe
Sprinkle 1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning over chops. Set aside. Place potatoes, onions and carrots in saucepan. Add remaining lemon pepper and 1 can chicken broth. Cook 15 min. basting occasionally with liquid. While veggies cook coat a pan with pam over med. high heat.
2.Brown chops on both sides partially cover and reduce heat to med. low. Cook 8 - 10 min. Put chops on platter. Combine remaining can of chix broth and flour. Pour in skillet and cook until bubbly and thickened.
