List of Ingredients
1/4 c. chopped celery
◦1 onion chopped
◦4 tbsp. butter divided
◦3 slices bread cubed
◦5 lg. potatoes mashed after cooking
◦1/4 c. chopped parsley
◦1/2 tsp. salt
◦1/4 tsp. pepper
◦1 c. hot milk
◦1 egg beaten
Recipe
In pan saute celery and onion. Add bread cubes and stir until lightly browned. Stir in potatoes, parsley, salt, pepper, milk and egg. Mix well
2.Spoon into oiled 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Dot with remaining 2 tbsp. butter.
3.Bake at 350 degrees 30-40 min.
