    2 lg. potatoes

    ◦1 c. Alfredo sauce

    ◦1 tsp. garlic powder

    ◦1/2 tsp. pepper

    ◦1/8 tsp. thyme

    ◦1 c. shredded cheddar

    ◦1/2 c. mozzarella

    Recipe



    Cook potaotes in microwave 6 mins. Cool slightly. In bowl mix alfredo sauce, garlic powder, pepper and thyme. Stir in 1/2 c. cheddar cheese and mozzarella.

    2.Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out pulp and add to sauce mix. Mix well.

    3.Spoon into potato shells. Sprinkle with rest of cheddar. Micro on high 1 min.
