    ◦4 lg. potatoes

    ◦1/4 c. oleo

    ◦1 tbsp. grated onion

    ◦1 tsp. salt

    ◦1/2 tsp. thyme

    ◦1/8 tsp. pepper

    ◦1 c. shredded cheddar

    ◦1 tbsp. parsley

    Recipe



    Thinly slice potatoes and place in 2 qt greased shallow dish. In pan heat oleo, onion, salt, thyme and pepper. When oleo is melted drizzle over potatoes. Cover and bake at 425 degrees 45 min. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered 15 min.
