◦4 lb. potatoes quartered
◦1/4 c. butter
◦1 oz cream cheese softened
◦1/3 -2/3 c. evaporated milk
◦salt
◦pepper
Recipe
1.Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain.
2.Add butter, cream cheese and 1/3 c. milk. Mash with potatoes. Add remaining milk as needed to make potatoes light and fluffy.
