4 c. cubed hot potatoes peeled
◦1/2 lb velveeta
◦2 tbsp. oleo
◦3/4 c. miracle whip
◦1/4 c. sour cream
◦5 slices bacon
◦1/4 c. green onions sliced
◦1/4 tsp. pepper
◦14 tsp. paprika
Recipe
1.Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine potatoes, 1/4 lb velveeta and oleo. Stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
2.Add miracle whip, sour cream, 2 tbsp. bacon, 2 tbsp. onion and pepper. Mix well. Spoon into 1 1/2 qt. casserole.
3.Top with remaining cheese, bacon and onion. Sprinkle with paprika.
4.Bake 20-25 min.
