7 potatoes
◦7 bacon strips
◦4 green onions sliced
◦1/2 c. beef broth
◦1/4 c. cider vinegar
◦1/2 tsp. oregano
◦1/2 tsp. garlic salt
◦14 tsp. thyme
◦1/4 tsp. pepper
◦1/4 tsp. sugar
Recipe
In large pan cook potatoes until tender. Cool and cut into cubes. In skillet brown bacon. Remove set aside. Saute onions in bacon drippings. Add potatoes, bacon, broth, vinegar and seasonings. Cover and simmer 5 mins.
