    1 lb. chicken cubed

    ◦1 can mexicorn

    ◦1 can cream of potato

    ◦1 can green chiles

    ◦2 tbsp. fresh cilantro

    ◦1 taco seasoning mix

    ◦3 c. chicken broth

    ◦1 c. sour cream

    ◦4 oz mexican velveeta

    Recipe



    In slow cooker combine chicken, corn, soup, undrained chiles, cilantro and taco seasoning. Stir in chicken broth. Cover. Cook on low 4 - 6 hours. Stir 1 c. hot soup into sour cream. Stir sour cream mix and cheese into cooker. Let sit 5 min.
