1/4 c. butter
◦1/4 c. flour
◦2 1/2 c. milk
◦1 c. beer
◦2 tsp. worcestershire
◦1 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
◦1/2 tsp. salt
◦1/4 tsp. cayenne
◦2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
◦croutons
Recipe
In pan melt butter. Stir in flour. Cook 1 min. Stir constantly. Stir in milk, beer, worcestershire, mustard, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir frequently. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 10 min. Stir frequently. Stir in cheese until melted.
