    List of Ingredients




    The Salad- Spinach, iceberg lettuce, grated swiss cheese, cottage cheese, (drained and rinsed) mushrooms, bacon (cooked and cut up)

    dressing
    ¾ t poppy seeds
    1/3 c. sugar
    ½ t. dry mustard
    1/3 c. white vinegar
    ¾ c. oil
    ¾ t. salt
    1 red onion, thinly sliced

    Recipe



    Combine the salad ingredients in the proportions that you like.
    I usually substitute mozerella cheese for the swiss and olives for the mushrooms…

    Combine all the salad dressing ingredients and let them set as long as you can before you serve the salad. Pour over and TOSS! And serve
