    Melt in microwave: 1 Stick butter
    1 cup peanut butter, creamy
    1 12oz.pkg chocolate chips
    stir until melted and creamy
    Pour over: 1 box of Chex (any kind) cereal
    gently coat the cereal with the chocolate mixture.
    let cool completely
    In a large bowl with lid or ziplock bag: shake on 1 1/2-2 cups powdered sugar
