List of Ingredients
2- 6 oz. cans minced clams
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onions, chopped
2 c. potatoes, diced
¾ c. butter
¾ c. flour
1 quart half and half
1 ½ t. salt
½ t. sugar
pinch of pepper
Recipe
Drain clams and pour juice over chopped veggies. Add enough water just to cover. Cove and cook until tender. In separate pan melt butter. Add flour and blend. Cook 1 minute. Add cream and cook, stirring with a wire whisk until creamy. Add veggies and the liquid to the milk mixture. Stir in the clams and the seasonings. If it becomes too thick add milk to thin.
