We love all these smoothies! I haven't run into a bad one yet.... Makes for a great mid-day snack on a hot summers day.
List of Ingredients
1/2 c. Orange Juice
1 T. Honey (optional)
2 c. Banana
1 1/2 c. Cantaloupe
1 c. Vanilla (Low Fat) Yogart (optional)
1c. Ice Chips
These smoothie recipes do not need honey really. They are naturally sweet :)Recipe
Directions:
Always prepare fruit ahead of time. It should be cleaned, cut into chuncks and frozen. Take fruit out of freezer and let set at room temp. for 20 minutes before creating your smoothie. Then place juice, banana, cantaloupe, honey, yogart & ice in the blender. Blend on low speed until mixture is blended. Continue to mix until mixture is smooth. Pour into glasses & enjoy...
