"Sausage & Egg Casserole"

Recipe Introduction
This is a wonderful recipe, great when you have company. You can get most of this prepared the night before and just pop it in the oven in the am.
List of Ingredients
1 lb. Pork Sausage (Brown and drain)
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
2-1/2 c. Herbed Croutons (Pepridge Farms)
2 c. shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 Eggs
2-1/2 c. Milk (divided)
3/4 t. Dry MustardRecipe
In the morning, preheat oven to 350°
Butter 9x13 baking dish, distribute croutons evenly in dish. Distribute cheese over croutons, spread browned sausage over cheese. Beat eggs with 2 c. of the milk and dry mustard in seperate small bowl. Pour over all, refrigerate over night. In the morning, dilute soup with 1/2 c. milk (ramaining milk), pour over top of casserole. Cover with foil. Bake 350 - 1 hr. Remove foil last 15 min. of cooking time.
