    I have had this recipe a long time and can't remember who I got it from ~

    List of Ingredients




    1 c. Flour
    1/2 c. Butter - Melted
    3/4 c. Chopped Nuts - divided
    3 T. Sugar
    1 - 8 oz. Cream Cheese - divided
    1 c. Powdered Sugar
    1 - 9 oz. Cool Whip
    1 - 6 3/4 oz. box Instant Chocolate Pudding
    2-1/2 c. Milk

    Preheat oven to 350°
    Combine flour, butter, 1/4 c. nuts and sugar; mix well. Pat into well greased 9x13 baking pan. Bake 350 - 15 minutes; let cool. Combine pudding mix with milk in medium size bowl, beat 2 minutes; set aside to set up. Combine cheese & powder sugar in medium size bowl, fold in 1 cup cool whip. Spread over cool crust. Now spread pudding over 2nd layer. Spread remaining cool whip on top the pudding layer, sprinkle with remaining nuts. Refrigerate til set.

    Preparation Time: 30 min.
