    Another winning recipe. Jamie gets rave reviews every time she makes this dish. I would just have to eliminate those mushrooms though ;)

    List of Ingredients




    1 - 32 oz. pkg frozen Southern-style hash browns
    1 t. Salt
    1/4 t. Pepper
    4 c. Chicken (cooked & diced)
    1 can (4 oz.) sliced Mushrooms, drained
    1 c. (8 oz.) Sour Cream
    2 c. Chicken Broth or Stock
    1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condenced Cream of Chicken Soup, undiluted
    2 t. Chicken Bouillon granules
    2 T. Onion (chopped)
    2 T. sweet Red Pepper (chopped)
    1 clove Garlic (minced)
    Paprika
    1/4 c. sliced Almonds

    Recipe



    Thaw hasbrowns overnight in refrigerator. Layer hashbrowns in an ungreased 9" x 13" x 2" baking dish. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Place chicken & mushrooms over hashbrowns. Stir together sour cream, broth, soup, bouillon, onion, red pepper and garlic; pour over all. Sprinkle with paprika and almonds. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until heated through.

    Number Of Servings: 8-10
