"Sweet & Sour Hamburger"

Recipe Introduction
This is one of my favorites! I'm pretty sure my sister said this was a Weight Watcher recipe from a long time ago.
List of Ingredients
2 lbs. lean Ground Beef
1/2 C. Onion, chopped
1 Green Pepper, chopped
1/2 t. Salt
1/8 t. Black Pepper
1 can (15 ozs.) Crushed Pineapple (drain & reserve juice)
1 can (6 ozs.) Pineapple Juice
1/4 C. Sugar
2 T. Low Sodium Soy Sauce
2 T. Vinegar
1/2 C. Water
1-1/3 C. Brown Rice (cook according to pakg. directions)Recipe
Brown ground beef with onion, green pepper, salt & pepper; drain away fat; set aside. Drain pineapple, reserve juice. Add pineapple juice, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar & water to medium or large size sauce pan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Then add pineapple & hamburger mixture, bring to a boil again, then simmer on low for 30 minutes. In the mean time cook the rice. When ready to serve, spread a bed of rice on a plate, then laddel on the hamburger & juice mixture. Enjoy!
