"White Chili"

Recipe Introduction
This is a very hearty chili and is one of my husbands favorites! When you're grilling chicken, grill some extra pieces so you can make "White Chili" with the leftovers.
List of Ingredients
1 can (15 oz.) Northen Beans, drain & rinse
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup, plus
1/2 can Milk
1 T. Olive Oil
1/4 C. chopped Onion
1/4 C. chopped Green Pepper
1 C. cooked and chopped Chicken Meat
2 T. Mild Green chilies (chopped)
1/2 t. Ground Cumin
1-2 Garlic Cloves, minced
Jalapeno Pepper slices, chopped (to taste)
Garnishes: Monterey Jack Cheese, grated & Sour CreamRecipe
Add olive oil, onion and green pepper to a medium size soup pot; saute onion and green pepper until tender. Add the rest of the ingrediants & mix well. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with a dollup of sour cream and a sprinkling of cheese. Enjoy!

Preparation Time:10 minutes, plus 30 minutes cooking time.
