"Greek Spaghetti with Tomatoes and Feta"

Got this recipe from a friend and it's another keeper, it was delicious :). The best part is, this recipe is easy on the waist line...
List of Ingredients
2 t. Olive Oil
1 t. Dried Oregano (pinch to awaken the flavors)
2 minced cloves of Garlic
3 C. diced Roma Tomatoes
1 chopped Green Pepper
1/2 C. sliced Green Onion
1/4 C. chopped fresh Parsley - divided
2 T. fresh squeezed Lemon Juice
1/2 lb. Thin Spaghetti, cooked according to pkg. directions
1 C. or 4 oz. crumbled Feta Cheese
Black or Calamata Olives (sliced) Optional
Black Pepper to tasteRecipe
Heat oil in large non stick skillet over medium to high heat. Add oregano and garlic; saute 30 seconds. Add tomatoes, green onions, green pepper, 2 T. parsley and lemon juice; cook 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Combine tomatoe mixture, spaghetti and 3/4 C. feta cheese; toss gently. Top with remaining cheese, parsley, sliced olives and serve with pepper.
