3/4 c. Apple Juice
1 T. Honey (optional)
1 c. Rassberries
1 c. Apple (diced)
1 c. Banana (sliced)
1 c. Vanilla Low Fat Yogart (optional)
1 c. Ice Chips

Directions:
Remember to prepare your fruit ahead of time. Clean, peel & cut into chuncks. Seperate into 1 c. portions and freeze in zip lock bags until ready to use.
When you are ready to create your smoothie, take the fruit out of the freezer and let stand at room temp. for 18 minutes.
Place juice, berries, apple, banana, honey, yogart & ice into blender and blend on low until mixture is blended. Continue to blend, increasing speed until mixture is smooth. Pour into glasses & enjoy.
