This is a great smoothie when Strawberries are in season...
List of Ingredients
1 c. Orange Juice
1 T. Honey (optional)
1 c. Oranges (peeled, sectioned & seeded)
1 c. Strawberries (cut in half)
1 c. Banana (sliced)
1 c. Vanilla Low Fat Yogart (optional)
1 c. Ice Chips
Recipe
Remember to prepare your fruite ahead of time. Peel, cut into chuncks and seperate into 1 c. portions and put into zip lock bags and freeze until ready to use.
When ready to create your smoothie, take fruite out of freezer and let stand at room temp. for 20 minutes.
Place juice, oranges, strawberries, banana, honey, yogart & ice and blend on low speed until mixture is well blended. Continue to blend increasing speed until mixture is smooth. Pour into glasses & enjoy.
