SAUSAGE-CHEESE BALLS

Recipe Introduction
A delicious updated version of a classic appetizer.
List of Ingredients
3 cups Bisquick
1 lb. uncooked pork sausage
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, crumbled (I use fresh)
1/2 tsp. parsley flakesRecipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease jelly roll pan or use parchment paper.
Stir together all ingredients using hands. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place in pan.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until brown. Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm or cold.
Makes about 7 dozen.
