1 can cream of shrimp soup
8 ozs. cream cheese, softened
1 (.25 oz) envelope unflavored gelatin, softened in
1/4 cup water
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 lbs. cooked shrimp, coarsely chopped
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Tabasco, lots & lots
I usually boil my shrimp in heavily seasoned water, then cool and chop coarsely.Recipe
Heat soup, undiluted and mix in the cream cheese. Stir in the gelatin softened in the water and blend well. Fold in remaining ingredients and pour into a lightly-oiled mold. Chill until firm.
