    List of Ingredients




    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    4 Tbsp. Creole mustard (Zatarain's)
    Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
    1 stalk celery, finely chopped
    1/2 onion, finely chopped
    2 green onions, finely chopped
    2 lbs. medium shrimp, boiled and peeled and chilled
    lettuce

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together except shrimp and lettuce. Serve shrimp bedded on the shredded lettuce with the dressing poured over. Do not marinate shrimp in the dressing. Serve with toothpicks.
